4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

Following submission of an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement by email. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email or otherwise confirm acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

• A product is unavailable;

• Payment cannot be authorised;

• Pricing or technical errors occur;

• Fraudulent activity is suspected;

• We reasonably believe fulfilment would be unlawful.

5. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, images, dimensions, and specifications are accurate.

However:

• Colours displayed on screens may vary between devices;

• Printed artwork may differ slightly from website images due to monitor calibration and production methods;

Such variations do not constitute defects.

6. Limited Edition Works

Where a product is described as a limited edition:

• The edition size stated on the product page is the maximum number that will be produced in that format and size;

• Once an edition is sold out, no further prints from that edition will be produced unless explicitly stated otherwise;

Unless expressly stated, products should be considered open edition works.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout.

Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched.

We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time before acceptance of an order.

If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and provide a full refund.

8. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier services;

• Customs clearance;

• Weather conditions;

• Supply chain disruptions;

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership of products remains with us until full payment has been received.

9. Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the United Kingdom, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

• Marketing materials;

remain the property of us, the artist, or the relevant rights holder.

The purchase of a photographic print does not transfer any copyright or intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

Customers may not:

• Reproduce artwork;

• Scan artwork;

• Digitise artwork;

• Create derivative works;

• Use artwork commercially;

• Publish artwork online for commercial purposes;

• License artwork to third parties;

without prior written permission from the copyright owner.

12. Permitted Personal Use

Purchased artwork is supplied solely for personal display and enjoyment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Commercial reproduction, licensing, publishing, merchandising, or redistribution is strictly prohibited without written authorisation.

13. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully;

• Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data;

• Introduce malicious software;

• Interfere with website operation;

• Copy substantial portions of website content without permission.
